I would estimate that the front garden (the one in most pictures) averages 6 ft x 3 ft (with the border wider and thinner in parts), but I’m not very good at estimating.

Your comments on monocultures were very interesting. You’ve probably mentioned this in earlier posts, but how much space do you have for your garden? I’m curious because you have such an incredible diversity of plants!

Since I definitely want plants for hummingbirds, I ordered three Blue Fortune agastaches (the nursery gave the common name as “Hummingbird Mint”). Let’s hope it meets with the hummingbirds’ approval!

I think Aztec sweet herb might still be used in South America as a sweetener. Your lupines remind me of the big fields of purple lupines in rural Norway.

Everything looks great, and especially at that price, the geraniums look very good, with nice variation in the colors.
